The Lux Chip allows the user to select their own custom colour scheme from over 1,000,000 colour combinations and variations. Select your favorite colours and enjoy nine versatile mode patterns. Or, find your perfect mode and convert your chip to one mode only. The on-board memory allows the LEDs found in the orbit to “save” your favorite colour pattern without fear of it being lost…even if the batteries are removed! Practice makes perfect. Flow for hours with low battery consumption.
When practicing, we recommend switching all 3 LEDs to Mode-5 in the chip’s colour setting to Red-Red-Red. This mode will put your Lux Microchips into low battery consumption that can last up to 20 hours of continued use!
We carefully balanced our orbit for flawless tricks, and added the T2 handles with 2mm string to make the perfect package. Our T2 handles feature the ability to produce maximum tension and pull-strength in your orbit. They also let the user perform insane tricks while maintaining absolute control of the Ion Orbit. Better yet, the handle is ergonomically shaped to fit in under your fingers, behind your hand, or in your fist. The slim design lets the user wrap the orbit string while maintaining a firm grip. Best of all, the T2 Handle can be removed from the orbit in under five seconds.

Although we do our best to consistently offer an outstanding customer experience, as is life we understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Whether it is a problem with a missing parcel, damaged in transit goods or if you have received something you weren’t expecting, please be rest assured that we will do everything possible to fix any issue.
If there is a problem with your order the best way to contact us is by sending an email to Hello@The-Rave-Cave.com. It is helpful for us if you include the order number found on your confirmation email, your postal address as it should be written and attach any pictures where appropriate. We aim to reply to all messages within one working day.
Missing Parcels
Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are a guideline as set out by our postage provider and on the rare occasion a parcel may take a little longer than stated to arrive. As per our terms of service, it is our policy to only re-send a parcel after we have submitted a lost parcel claim. For UK orders we must wait 10 working days to make a lost parcel claim, for European order we must wait 20 days and for any counties outside of Europe we must wait 25 days.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives to you in any condition which is less than perfect and you report it to us via email straight away then we will replace the item. Please be aware that all incoming and outgoing goods are quality checked and we will not accept liability for items which have been damaged after being used unless it was due to a proven manufacturer fault.
Unexpected Items
The Rave Cave receives hundreds of orders every month, although 99.9% of items are sent out correctly, one or two have been known to slip through the net every so often (We are only human after all!). If you have received something that you haven’t ordered then please send us an email to let us know and we’ll sort out the issue straight away.
Taxes & Duties
When a package is delivered internationally (Outside of the UK), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges may be due once the package arrives in the destination country and may require paying before delivery. Unfortunately The Rave Cave has no way of calculating or covering these costs on behalf of an international buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying additional local import costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees which may be billed via the buyers local courier or government.
Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any products within 14 days of delivery so long as they arrive back to us in the condition that they were sent. We ask any customer returning unwanted items to pay for the postage costs. If you would like to send an item back to us then please send an email to Hello@The-Rave-Cave.com, we will be happy to walk you through the returns procedure.
