Eastern Europe

Missing Parcels, Damaged Items & Order Issues

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. If something doesn’t go to plan, we’ll always do our best to help.

  • Your order number
  • Your full delivery address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

We aim to reply within one working day.


Missing Parcels

Delivery estimates are guidelines provided by our postal partners. Occasionally, parcels may take longer than expected, especially during busy periods or customs delays.

Before we can resend or replace a missing parcel, we must allow enough time for the courier to investigate or for a lost parcel claim to be submitted.

Lost parcel claim timeframes:

  • UK orders: 10 working days
  • Europe: 20 working days
  • Rest of World: 25 working days

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement. To help us resolve this quickly, please include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

All incoming and outgoing items are quality checked. We cannot accept liability for damage caused after use unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault.


Incorrect or Unexpected Items

Mistakes are rare, but if you receive an item you didn’t order, please email us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. Including clear photos of the item will help us sort this faster.


Taxes & Duties

International orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, handling fees, or local charges once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. The Rave Cave® is unable to calculate, collect, or cover these costs on behalf of international buyers.


Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange most products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
