Three sets of AlpineAcousticFilters™ – Choose your own level of sound attenuation
MusicSafe Pro earplugs are the only universal earplugs in the world that offer three different sets of filters. With the included gold, silver and white music filters, musicians, DJs and sound technicians have the freedom to choose between different levels of sound attenuation for various applications. These filters reduce the music volume to a safe level without compromising the music experience at all. The unique AlpineAcousticFilters™ only attenuate harmful sounds. At the same time, they do not affect the quality of the music and still allow the wearer to communicate with their fellow musicians at a normal level. It is like turning down the volume a few notches. This not only makes MusicSafe Pro invaluable during performances or in the studio, but also during concerts, rehearsals and teaching sessions. You can choose your own level of sound attenuation in any situation.

Practical, comfortable and durable
MusicSafe Pro earplugs are made of the special AlpineThermoShape™ material, which moulds itself to the wearer’s ears because of their own body heat. This means the earplugs are a perfect fit for the wearer’s ear canal and will always stay in place, which makes them very comfortable to wear. The thermoplastic material is hypoallergenic, which prevents an itchy sensation in or around the ear. MusicSafe Pro earplugs can be used more than one hundred times. They are available in two colours: transparent and black.
With luxury storage case, cleaning spray and carrying cord
Alpine MusicSafe Pro earplugs come with a handy case in which to store the earplugs and filters. The case can easily be attached to a keyring. Every set also comes with a carrying cord that you can attach to the earplugs for when you are not wearing them. You can easily and quickly clean the earplugs with the included Alpine Clean, a disinfecting cleaning spray (5 ml). Cleaning the earplugs regularly will extend their life span.
How dangerous is loud music?
The safe and statutory limit to which the hearing may be exposed is 80 decibel. Regular noise above 80 decibels will irrevocably lead to hearing damage. Official reports show that the limit of 80 dB is soon exceeded. For instance, at concerts, noise levels up to 120 dB can be measures. For rock musicians, the harmful noises are mainly produced by the drums and the amplifiers, whereas for classical musicians, their own instruments and those of others greatly affect their hearing. Which filter is suitable for my situation?
You can choose your own noise reduction level depending on your situation, your chosen instrument, and the environment in which you play. A drummer will probably need higher noise reduction than a singer, for instance.
Use period and cleaning
Alpine MusicSafe can be cleaned with warm water and soap, or the Alpine Clean spray. You can extend the service life of the earplugs by cleaning and maintaining them correctly.

Although we do our best to consistently offer an outstanding customer experience, as is life we understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Whether it is a problem with a missing parcel, damaged in transit goods or if you have received something you weren’t expecting, please be rest assured that we will do everything possible to fix any issue.

Missing Parcels
Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are a guideline as set out by our postage provider and on the rare occasion a parcel may take a little longer than stated to arrive. As per our terms of service, it is our policy to only re-send a parcel after we have submitted a lost parcel claim. For UK orders we must wait 10 working days to make a lost parcel claim, for European order we must wait 20 days and for any counties outside of Europe we must wait 25 days.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives to you in any condition which is less than perfect and you report it to us via email straight away then we will replace the item. Please be aware that all incoming and outgoing goods are quality checked and we will not accept liability for items which have been damaged after being used unless it was due to a proven manufacturer fault.
Unexpected Items
The Rave Cave receives hundreds of orders every month, although 99.9% of items are sent out correctly, one or two have been known to slip through the net every so often (We are only human after all!). If you have received something that you haven’t ordered then please send us an email to let us know and we’ll sort out the issue straight away.
Taxes & Duties
When a package is delivered internationally (Outside of the UK), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges may be due once the package arrives in the destination country and may require paying before delivery. Unfortunately The Rave Cave has no way of calculating or covering these costs on behalf of an international buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying additional local import costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees which may be billed via the buyers local courier or government.
Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any products within 14 days of delivery so long as they arrive back to us in the condition that they were sent. We ask any customer returning unwanted items to pay for the postage costs.
